About Charlotte
Charlotte is a seasoned real estate professional who excels at making her clients feel comfortable and confident as they navigate the complexities of buying, renting, and selling in a highly competitive market. A former senior communications executive with more than 15 years of experience in business and integrated marketing, she brings a strategic, pragmatic mindset to every client relationship—always proactive and solutions-oriented in her approach.
Born and raised in Northern Virginia, Charlotte returned to Old Town Alexandria with her husband in 2016 to put down roots close to family. Over the past decade, they’ve lived in and developed a deep familiarity with many of Alexandria’s diverse neighborhoods, enjoying the history, local businesses, and vibrant community each has to offer.
Having called the area home for more than 30 years, Charlotte offers valuable insight into many of the DC region’s most sought-after suburbs, including Vienna, Oakton, McLean, Fairfax, Falls Church, Arlington, and Alexandria.
Her expertise extends beyond traditional real estate into investment and renovation. Alongside her contractor husband, Charlotte has owned, renovated, and managed numerous properties through their construction and management company, Rapidity. With a passion for design and transformation, she has a keen eye for uncovering hidden potential and helping clients envision what’s possible. Drawing on both hands-on experience and a strong local network, she is uniquely positioned to guide clients in identifying value-add opportunities and maximizing their investment.
Outside of real estate, Charlotte is deeply involved in her community. She serves as the varsity gymnastics coach at Yorktown High School in Arlington, teaches yoga (RYT-200) at CorePower, and volunteers at her daughters’ preschool, St. Clement. She is also a certified sommelier.
Charlotte holds bachelor’s degrees in Business Marketing and Sports Management from Indiana University Bloomington, as well as a master’s degree in Public Relations from the University of Miami. She lives in Alexandria’s Clover-College Park neighborhood with her husband, their two young daughters, her father-in-law, and their Puerto Rican rescue pup.
