Licensed since 2012, Margarita brings a deep understanding of the market and a results-driven mindset to every transaction. A longtime resident of Bellaire, she has in-depth knowledge of West University, the Medical Center, Tanglewood, the Galleria area, River Oaks, Memorial, and other Inner Loop and surrounding neighborhoods.

She earned a Finance degree from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin, where she was also a member of Alpha Kappa Psi. After five years in consulting and financial analysis, she transitioned into real estate - a move driven by her passion for people and measurable success. "What makes this job so special to me" she says, "is that it's never just about finding a house it's about finding a home." 

Margarita is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Houston and an active volunteer in her children's schools. She is deeply committed to her community and values opportunities to give back through both professional and personal involvement.
