About Chase
With a decade of experience in the real estate industry, I am passionate about helping clients find their dream homes in the beautiful city of San Diego. My journey in real estate began at the young age of 16 when I started working as an assistant to a top-producing agent in Orange County. This early exposure to the industry equipped me with invaluable insights and fueled my ambition to become a real estate agent. After obtaining my license, I specialized in luxury residential properties, dedicating myself to serving clients in San Diego, CA.
I am proud to hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from San Diego State University, which complements my real estate expertise. As a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the California Association of Realtors (CAR), I stay at the forefront of industry trends and developments. My team and I consistently sell over 100 million dollars of real estate annually, allowing us to identify market trends in real-time, well before they are reflected in data and statistics.
What sets me apart from other agents is my tenacity and exceptional problem-solving skills. I thrive on being a trusted advisor to my clients, getting to know them personally and understanding their unique goals. Originally from Orange County, CA, I have called San Diego home since 2016. I am very close to my family and share my life with my beloved dog, Tiger, a rescue from a local San Diego organization. Outside of work, I lead an active lifestyle with a passion for weight lifting, high-intensity interval training, and Pilates. I also enjoy instructing HIIT classes two mornings a week, sharing my enthusiasm for fitness with others.
My involvement in the community extends to being a member of the Young Professionals Network, The University Club, and the Mission Hills Town Council. I love everything San Diego has to offer, from its natural beauty and vibrant neighborhoods to the accessibility and convenience of city living without the overwhelming hustle of larger cities. Balboa Park is a particular favorite, offering a serene escape within the city.
