Chase Smith

Born and raised in Williamson County, Chase Smith is the definition of a true Nashville native. A proud University of Tennessee graduate, Chase brings deep local roots and a lifelong commitment to the greater Nashville community, specializing in residential real estate across the city and surrounding areas.

Before real estate, Chase built a successful career in the music industry, working with Red Light Management and touring with 42ent group alongside some of country music’s biggest acts. In 2020, Chase co-founded TBD Management while simultaneously pursuing his real estate license.

In just five years since then, Chase has closed over $100M in sales and managed hundreds of transactions, earning accolades such as 2021 Rookie of the Year, consistent Top 5% Real Producer recognition in Tennessee, and placement in the Top 1.5% of Realtors nationwide by volume (2023–2025). He was also named among the Top 20 Producing Agents at Parks Realty, the largest brokerage in Tennessee at the time.

In 2024, Chase co-founded the Nash Native Team with partner Caleb Gamblin. Following Parks’ acquisition by Compass, they strategically joined Compass Nashville, expanding their team with top talent including Michelle Knutson (formerly of The Agency Beverly Hills). Today, Nash Native Team combines over 18 years of experience and $200M+ in sales.
