Chau Ngo Prutting has always had a passion for real estate. Growing up with her mother, who was a top New York-licensed sales agent, Chau learned the art of marketing, negotiating, and client service at a young age. Upon graduating from law school, Chau honed her own negotiating skills and strong work ethic winning cases for clients. Her tenacity and attention to detail led her to work for a top developer in New York City where she enjoyed bringing complex and high profile commercial real estate development projects to fruition in a fast paced environment.

A move to New Canaan, CT with her husband and two young children allowed Chau to embrace her passion for real estate in a local market that she is proud to call home.

Being deeply involved with the family’s reputable construction business, Prutting & Company Custom Builders, based in Fairfield County for over 40 years, has been an additional avenue in which Chau has gained deeper insight and invaluable experience in the real estate market.
