About Cheddar
Cheddar is a proud San Francisco native with deep roots in the city. Raised in the Presidio, he attended Town School for Boys before continuing on to St. Ignatius College Preparatory, settling in the Marina District during his high school years. Growing up across these vibrant neighborhoods gave him a genuine appreciation for the diverse communities, rich history, and distinctive character that make San Francisco such a remarkable place to call home.

He later attended the University of Oregon, where he earned a degree in Economics with a minor in Sports Business and competed as a member of the men’s lacrosse team. His college experience fostered meaningful relationships and instilled in him the values of hard work, communication, and resilience. These principles continue to guide his personal and professional pursuits.

Before launching his real estate career, Cheddar gained valuable experience in finance, commercial real estate, and data analysis through roles with Innovation Properties Group (IPG), Atlas Risk Advisory, and Atlas Capital Advisors. During his time in these positions, he supported client research, financial modeling, and outreach initiatives, while also leveraging tools such as Bloomberg, Python, and CRM platforms to analyze market data and build investment insights. These experiences helped him develop a strong analytical foundation, strategic communication skills, and a client-first mindset.

Outside of real estate, Cheddar embraces an active, outdoor-focused lifestyle. He enjoys staying fit, skiing in the mountains, exploring hiking trails, and spending time on the golf course. His passion for the outdoors extends to camping, horseback riding, and discovering new landscapes whenever he can. When at home in San Francisco, he can often be found walking his dog on the Marina Green or trying new restaurants in the city.
