Chelsea Banaszek

A proven expert within the local neighborhoods, Chelsea began working as a marketing associate in the industry in 2015. She spent two years working as a Real Estate Marketing Associate in New York City, assisting agents and the corporate office with all of their marketing needs. From there, she branched out to help other Westchester County agents as a consultant and then became licensed herself in 2020. 

Once Chelsea received her license, she joined her mother’s team at Compass, and the pair have made quite the dynamic duo ever since. Together, they reach all generations of home buyers, sellers, and renters. Chelsea’s mother has almost two decades of industry experience. She is an expert in all client-facing duties.
