As Director of Client Experience for The Keenan Group, Chelsea Ehlert is passionate about creating a concierge-level experience for every client. Combining nearly a decade of real estate expertise with a background in operations and transaction management, she specializes in building streamlined processes, elevating client communication, and ensuring every detail is handled with precision. Her mission is simple: to make every client's experience feel effortless while supporting one of Austin's top-performing real estate teams.
A licensed REALTOR® since 2016, Chelsea has worked across multiple facets of the real estate industry, giving her a unique understanding of what it takes to successfully guide a transaction from the first conversation through closing.
Born and raised in Austin, Chelsea has deep roots in the Central Texas community. After returning home with her husband following his military service in 2014, they chose to put down roots where they're now raising their three children. Her lifelong connection to the area gives her a unique appreciation for the people, neighborhoods, and growth that make Austin such a special place to call home.
