About Chelsea

Growing up in South Florida, Chelsea's childhood summers spent navigating the vibrant streets of New York City instilled a deep appreciation for its rich architecture and history. After completing her Media Studies degree at Florida State University, she ventured to Manhattan, embracing her family's legacy by embarking on a career in Public Relations at Edelman, and choosing the Upper West Side for her first New York home.

Chelsea's experience in Public Relations offered her a unique insight into the nuances of relationship-driven business, a skill that she found immensely valuable when she transitioned into real estate in 2018. Her foray into the real estate sector was distinguished by immediate success; her dedication and knack for connecting with people earned her the "Rookie of the Year" accolade from her firm, thanks to her remarkable achievement of over 50 transactions in her first year alone.

Her real estate career has seen her representing clients across the diverse landscapes of Brooklyn and Manhattan. Chelsea's residential journey from the Upper West Side to Brooklyn's Park Slope, and later to the East Village, has given her a personal insight into the unique characters of New York's neighborhoods, enriching her ability to serve her clients.
