Chelsea Morrissey is a real estate agent with Compass helping buyers, sellers, and investors across Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts. She works with clients throughout the East Bay of Rhode Island — including Barrington, Warren, and Bristol — as well as nearby Massachusetts communities and Greater Boston.

A Barrington resident for the past eight years, Chelsea brings deep knowledge of the Rhode Island and Massachusetts real estate markets, helping clients navigate everything from first-time home purchases and relocations to investment properties and home sales.

Before transitioning into real estate, Chelsea founded Wedge, a waterfront cheese shop in Warren that was named a Best of Rhode Island winner in its first two years. Building a successful local business strengthened her ties to the East Bay community and sharpened the relationship-driven approach she brings to every real estate transaction.

Earlier in her career, Chelsea spent 10 years at Hasbro in strategy and marketing, where she was nominated for the Women in Toys “Rising Star” award. Her background in branding, analytics, and data-driven decision making gives her a unique perspective on understanding housing market trends and positioning properties effectively.
Chelsea’s roots in the community run deep. Her daughters attend Barrington’s Blue Ribbon public schools, and she volunteers as a youth softball and basketball coach. Outside of real estate, she enjoys CrossFit, traveling, and searching for the next great cheese for Wedge’s charcuterie boards.
