About Chelsea
Chelsea has always enjoyed the thrill of adventure and the discipline of business, having earned a degree in Therapeutic Recreation, and later, an MBA. This fearless-but-grounded approach to life benefits her real estate clients since decisions around buying and selling often involve negotiating, financial planning, market analysis – and a little bit of adventure!
Whether working with buyers, sellers, relocators, or investors, Chelsea navigates the market terrain like your very own adventure guide, masterfully handling the ups, downs, twists, and turns with the discipline of a savvy businesswoman.
For her clients, each path into the real estate market holds its own series of choices through which Chelsea expertly leads, all while utilizing her professional network and her love for trust-building.
Prior to becoming a Realtor in 2016, she spent years developing her passion for the outdoors and recreation. Originally from Plano, she went straight to Texas Tech University after high school before she transferred to Texas State University and obtained her degree in Therapeutic Recreation. During college, she became an Outdoor Adventure Guide, a career choice that influenced her decision to earn her MBA in 2008 from Aspen University in Colorado, and ultimately, launch into business ownership of an outdoor adventure company with her family.
Chelsea’s entrepreneurial skills coupled with her education led her alma mater (Texas State) to invite her to teach a course in business entrepreneurship. In 2004, she began helping long-term psychiatric patients strengthen their mental health through outdoor therapy and recreation. She also held the first Director of Activities position at The Hollows on Lake Travis.
But ultimately, she discovered that her love of leading adventures and developing her business mindset were perfectly complemented in real estate, so she obtained her license in 2016 and hasn’t looked back.
Chelsea joined the Mercer Street Group as a Licensed Sales Associate in 2019.
While she enjoys the business side of real estate, the relationships and trust she forms with her clients are what’s most rewarding. Chelsea has spent the last 18 years living in Dripping Springs and has seen the exponential growth of the area firsthand. Her deep understanding of the importance of home drives her because it’s one of her favorite places to be!
Chelsea’s love for the outdoors is shared by her three fun-loving, adventurous sons. Together, they spend their free time surfing, biking, and exploring whenever they can. When they’re home, you can find Chelsea taking care of the goats, chickens, their dog, a bearded dragon, and other animals they tend to adopt. They also love having a house full of their favorite people, sitting by a campfire, and enjoying the stunning hill country views of Dripping Springs in their little slice of heaven.
