Chelsey Baptiste

   I approach real estate with a simple belief: you should understand the decision you’re making, not just the transaction you’re completing. My background is in client success, operations, and entrepreneurship, so much of my career has centered around understanding people, solving problems, and helping others navigate important decisions. I bring that same mindset to real estate, combining attentive service with a thoughtful, research-driven approach. Whether you’re looking for the right home, preparing a property for market, or evaluating an investment opportunity, I want to understand what matters to you beyond the surface. I enjoy digging into the numbers, asking questions, researching the market, and helping my clients look at their options from different angles before making a decision. You can expect me to be communicative, prepared, and candid throughout the process. I don’t believe my job is to push you toward a particular decision. My job is to make sure you have the information, perspective, and advocacy you need to make the right one for yourself.

   Based in the New Orleans area and affiliated with Compass, I serve buyers, sellers, and people exploring real estate as a way to build long-term wealth. I especially enjoy helping clients recognize opportunity, whether that’s finding a home that fits their next chapter, strategically positioning a property for sale, or looking at a property through an investment lens. Outside of real estate, I’m an entrepreneur who loves creating, learning, staying active, and spending time with my family. My faith is foundational to my life and influences how I approach my work, with integrity, good stewardship, and a genuine desire to serve people well.
