About Chelsey M

Born in Lake Tahoe, A Hawaii resident of 37 years, Chelsey Tanoai was raised on the Big Island of Hawaii. She has deep rooted passion for the islands and a wealth of knowledge that is invaluable to her clients.

Licensed in 2004 Chelsey began her Real Estate career representing Developers; selling pre-construction luxury townhomes in multiple luxury resorts along the Kona Coast, Waikoloa and The Mauna Lani Resort. Quickly becoming a top producer she made a name for herself representing developers, sellers and buyers.

Chelsey prides herself in executing the sales process to elevated standards, and building long-term relationships. Her knowledge of the current market is deeply rooted in a strong appreciation of Hawaii’s development and delicate, highly respected preservation. This attribute has given her an advantage in navigating and negotiating even the most difficult Hawaii real estate transactions. Chelsey is renowned among colleagues and clients for her distinguished aloha spirit, industry knowledge and innovative ideas.

Always active, Chelsey is an avid paddler and enjoys ocean sports and yoga. She loves to travel the world, hike, explore, ride horses, and maintain their ranch in Waimea. She has two lovely sons who mean the world to her, Micah; a Big Island fire fighter and Kainoa; a luxury boat captain. They are her WHY in living an inspired life and helping others do the same.
