An Oxford MBA (ranked first in her class and a Fulbright Scholar), Yale economics graduate, and former Boston Consulting Group consultant, she applies the same data-driven discipline to real estate that she once brought to Fortune 500 strategy. She analyzes market comparables with precision, structures negotiations with confidence, and reviews every contract with a careful eye.
As a real estate investor herself, Cher has acquired, managed, and sold multiple Greater Boston properties — including executing a 1031 exchange — giving her firsthand knowledge of what clients face on both sides of a transaction. She has self-managed rental properties through every phase: tenant screening, lease negotiation, maintenance, and Massachusetts regulatory compliance.
Cher's understanding of family transitions isn't just professional — it's personal. As the mother of four, she has navigated two cross-country moves with her own family of six, giving her a firsthand, ground-level appreciation for what's at stake when a family relocates: the logistics, the timing, the schools, and the emotional weight of finding a place that truly feels like home. She has served as an elected Town Meeting member, president of the Pierce School PTO, board president of a children's chorus, and fundraiser chair of Brookline Rowing.
