About Cheriece
Cheriece has been happily and successfully working in the New York real estate industry for the last 15 years and has also recently extended her business to include working in the New Jersey industry as well. Born and raised in the small coastal town of Half Moon Bay, CA, she spent her earlier years living up and down the California Coast: from San Francisco to San Diego to Los Angeles and back. She then leaped to New York with the idea of staying for just six months just to experience life on the East Coast. And those six months turned into 18 years.
The excitement of New York City, with its rhythmic pulse, the cafes and restaurants, theater and artists, and all the fantastic humans that make up the city, its architecture, and parks, and dynamic transportation system – made it easy to make a life here and was the motivation for her jump into New York real estate.
Cheriece has a passion for all sides of the business. From working with renters, landlords, buyers, and sellers alike, clients across the board would agree that she has a natural mellowness and calmness to her, along with a charming sense of humor. She brings to the table a strong knowledge of the market, superb negotiating skills, and the ability to navigate new renters and buyers through the process with ease and grace.
In her spare time, you can find Cheriece living her best life in beautiful Park Slope, Brooklyn. She loves walking through surrounding neighborhoods and parks. Her preferred mode of transportation is her bicycle or Vespa. She also loves hiking tough trails, practicing yoga, dancing in her kitchen on rainy days, and chilling with her two cats.
