Cherri Nolan

Cherri combines her love for real estate and client relations with her experience in business development, marketing, and advertising to build her real estate career here in Middle Tennessee. Cherri comes from an extensive background in Corporate Marketing and Advertising. Over the last 20 years, she has worked with many real estate investors, entrepreneurs, bankers and developers from a business development perspective, which has provided her with insight from all angles of the real estate industry. Cherri combines this industry knowledge, her passion for client relations to help guide and educate her clients so that they find the right home for the right price.

Cherri credits her Real Estate success to a strong work ethic, attention to detail, effective communication, and most importantly her strategic negotiating skills. She is committed to listening and understanding her client’s needs, wants and expectations, and has a sincere passion for making a difference in other lives. Cherri loves spending her free time with her husband and seven-year-old daughter. She also is an active member of her Church group, volunteers time working with foster children, is an active member on many PTO committees and school planning boards.
