Cory Flotta

Cory Flotta, a Phoenix Valley Realtor and entrepreneur, transplanted from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania via the golf course industry in 1999. As an agronomist with Troon Golf, Cory became very familiar with several of the Valley's elite golf communities, both from the perspective of golf course management, but also the concepts behind land and residential development. Today, Cory and his wife Kim, own, lead and operate a few local favorite businesses; Chace Salon, a full service hair salon catering to community residents spanning over several decades, the Tyler Peacock Foundation, a 501 c 3 organization developed and missioned on behalf of their late son Tyler, and most prevalent CK Home Group, a residential, land, and commercial real estate team that specializes in a full concierge client experience. Cory's customer service experience, finite attention to detail, coupled with his tireless work ethic tend to exceed the expectations of his clientele. When Cory balances his work life with play, he can be found in nature and with family camping, hiking, snowboarding, or enjoying a round of golf. Cory is married to his life partner Kim Peacock, and has 4 extraordinary children; Chelsea, Sydney, Tyler, and Ryan.
