We cannot say enough good things about our Realtor, Cheryl Bush. From our first meeting to closing Cheryl went above and beyond. She always listened and out our needs and desires first. She is extremely professional but also personal. We knew that she cared about us and this purchase. We were constantly wowed at all the things she thought of that we did not. Her attention to detail was impeccable! Cheryl pointed out things in the home that we should be aware of at least take notice. She recommended an inspector who also wowed us! Cheryl came to the inspection and took note and asked questions as we did. She was extremely thorough and thought through things that may have hindered our purchase of the property. She always put our interests first and listened to us. Cheryl gave us names of contacts in different professions that we would need to take care of repairs. All of these people were top in their profession as well. She even interviewed and got us pricing on cleaning people to have the home professionally cleaned before move in day. She is also tough when it comes to negotiations. Cheryl really fought for us on concessions and price, helping us to get the best deal! She is extremely knowledgeable about the North-shore. She did her own research on the neighborhood we wanted to live in. She gathered the HOA information for us and other important details about the area. She was quick to respond to every piece of correspondence and really made what could have been stressful situations at times a lot smoother. She took the reigns and would just handle things on our behalf. We were quite impressed with Cheryl’s professionalism and her genuine interest in us and our family. We are 100% satisfied with our purchase and our Realtor who is now a forever friend!

I was somewhat skeptical of the value a realtor would provide us as this was our first home purchase and I thought we might just do it on our own. After meeting Cheryl at an open house within 2 hours she sent us a list of options within our price range based on the criteria we talked about at the open house. She went to work right away and booked viewings for us on weekends when we were available. Once we found the house we wanted to make an offer on she immediately pulled the comps in the area and helped us to decide what price we should come in at which was lower than what we thought. With Cheryl negotiating for us we ended up settling on a price lower than we expected. We got the house we were dreaming of and for a lower price than we were expecting to pay. Cheryl had great connections for inspectors, plumbing, cleaners, and mortgage brokers. She did a wonderful job walking us through everything involved with our first home purchase. Our family lives far away and were excited to see the home after our offer was made and Cheryl met us to let us into the property for multiple weekend visits when she did not have to, which meant a lot to our family. There was way more involved in the total purchase process than I thought and needless to say I now understand the value that a great Realtor like Cheryl provides for the buyer. I can't recommend Cheryl enough, she was forthcoming and honest with us every step of the way and I will be recommending her to anyone I know looking to sell or buy a home.
