The best experience we’ve had with a realtor, hands down.
Cheryl styled our home beautifully and tastefully without needing any direction from us. She hired an excellent photographer who showcased every space and made the listing stand out. She also handled coordination with third parties, which removed a huge burden from our plate.
During a major snowstorm, she went above and beyond, tracking down companies to clear the walkways so showings could continue. When we couldn’t reach the house, she went herself to shut off the water to protect the pipes.
When our water test failed, she lined up the right professionals, coordinated access to the house, and scheduled appointments. She took care of the logistics and details that could have easily become overwhelming.
Her feedback was thoughtful and never pushy. She was responsive, steady, and easy to work with. The entire process felt organized and far less stressful than it could have been. We would work with Cheryl again without hesitation. Five stars.

Cheryl is top-tier in every way! I've worked with Cheryl 3 different times since 2021 (to rent, buy & sell) and she's been phenomenal each time. She is always responsive, extremely knowledgeable about the local real estate market, puts in work to negotiate on your behalf and goes the extra mile to get things done (e.g., I hadn't finished packing when trying to get my house on the market so Cheryl handled the yard. She actually grabbed the hedge trimmers and went to work on an overgrown bush!) Cheryl understands every aspect of the real estate game, is top notch at staging and knows a contractor for any home repair/improvement need that you may have. Before meeting Cheryl Byrd I always believed that Location, Location, Location were the only words of importance when selling any type of property.
