There, she discovered her passion for real estate and recognized the perfect opportunity to combine her sales background, people skills, creative vision, and love of beautiful homes.

At Berkshire Hathaway, Cheryl partnered with Layne Zagorin to co-found CZ Homes, a team built on the belief that buying or selling a home should feel empowering, not overwhelming. Together, they specialize in high-end urban properties—from luxury condos to single-family homes and new developments.
