Raised in Daly City, Cheryl developed a deep appreciation for the stability and classic suburban feel of San Mateo County. In 2009, her journey led her to Oakland, where she has spent the past 15+ years immersed in the vibrant community around Lake Merritt and now calls Jack London Square home. As an Oakland resident, Cheryl offers firsthand insight into the lifestyle and energy of East Bay living.

Prior to real estate, Cheryl spent over 15 years as a Human Resources and Talent Acquisition strategist, partnering with senior leaders and executives. She advised on critical decisions, led job offer negotiations, and managed complex, high-stakes processes—skills she now leverages to advocate for her clients, craft strong offers, and create successful outcomes.

Outside of real estate, Cheryl enjoys spending time with friends and family. She travels with her husband, and together they take on adventurous hikes—conquering Mission Peak, exploring Reinhart Redwood Regional Park and reaching the base of Half Dome twice.
