About Cheryl

Cheryl Manganiello brings a wealth of diverse experience to the Emerald Coast real estate market where she applies over three decades of expertise from her previous careers in hospitality and teaching. Originally from Connecticut, Cheryl has called this beautiful region home for over 11 years, and with a degree in hospitality from Virginia Tech, she has a strong foundation in customer service and client relations.
Cheryl is involved with her church and has served as the Mission Chair for the past four years. Her passion for helping others has led her to specialize in serving clients 50 and older, leveraging her training as a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). She is a proud member of Compass Plus, which focuses on serving the senior community of buyers and sellers. This passion of helping older adults has led her to start a new ministry within her church, The Good Life. Through monthly gatherings, engaging topics, and shared experiences, it fosters friendship, learning, and purposeful living.
