I started my journey in real estate as a licensed Broker-Associate in 1998. I am real estate legacy. My beautiful mom successfully owned a RE/MAX franchise for 20 years where I quickly learned how to be a quality realtor®️.
My authentic passion for studying success, achievement and real estate, my curiosity as a constant learner, my creativity to think and market outside the box, my ability to ask great questions, my drive and determination to win, my ability to be a strong problem solver blended with my #1 driving force to help others resulted in the perfect recipe for a successful career in real estate.
By 2001, I realized the value of leveraging myself and founded a real estate team before teams became fashionable. My team consisted of 3 additional licensed agents and an operations manager. Year after year, I was the proud recipient of the highly coveted Platinum award, was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and ranked #11 at RE/MAX in all of CA and HI.
I value taking intelligent, calculated risks, building upon my assets and doing the opposite of what everyone else is doing. In the midst of the National Mortgage crisis; while the majority of real estate agents were fleeing the industry, I opened an office in 2011.
Thriving on challenges, I utilized the technologies and methodologies that I learned from a large international franchise and blended it with the personal hometown touches of a small family business and created a boutique real estate brokerage in Burlingame. For 8 years, I trained, managed and led 25 agents.
Adept at market analysis and negotiation, I strive to consistently earn the best deals for my clients whether they are buying, selling or investing in real estate.
Compass acknowledged my skill set and achievements and organically recruited me in 2019. I am aligned with Compass' core entrepreneurial principles to move fast, be solutions-driven and to dream BIG. I made the move because I knew, deep inside, that I did not want to be where real estate presently existed... but where the future of real estate was going to be.
By 2022, I was elevated to Sales Manager and launched Compass' newest office in District 5 of San Francisco, one of the most prestigious and most competitive markets in the country.
I proudly served as a sales leader to an exceptional group of high performing agents whom I warmly consider family for 15 months and have since returned to full time sales as a Broker-Associate.
I am lucky enough to be a San Francisco native. I attended all SF schools and graduated from SFSU in 3.5 years (toot, toot). I currently reside in Noe Valley with my husband, Fernando, my two beautiful boys, Ethan and Cody, and my two loveable fur babies, Auggie and Massimo. I am honest, experienced, knowledgeable, down to earth, value integrity and am funny (at least I think I am, ha ha).
On the rare occasion when I'm not working (I love what I do and it doesn’t feel like work so I’m always working) you can find me spending time with family and friends, dining out, taking small trips or playing poker.
