Chi-Ping Shih is a Compass REALTOR® and experienced real estate investor specializing in residential real estate throughout Carmel, Pebble Beach, Pacific Grove, Monterey, Marina, Seaside, Salinas, and the greater Monterey Peninsula.

What sets Chi-Ping apart is her hands-on experience beyond traditional buying and selling. As an active real estate investor, she has experience identifying value-add opportunities, renovating and developing properties, evaluating zoning and land-use potential, lot subdivision, new construction, and rental operations. Together with her husband, a licensed California General Building Contractor, she has been involved in multiple residential development and construction projects throughout the Monterey Peninsula.

Chi-Ping also owns and operates rental properties and has first-hand experience with short-term vacation rentals, mid-term rentals, and long-term rentals, as well as working with investors through 1031 Exchange transactions.

Chi-Ping Shih（史老師）是 Compass 專業房地產經紀人及資深房地產投資者，長期深耕 Carmel、Pebble Beach、Pacific Grove、Monterey、Marina、Seaside、Salinas 及整個 Monterey Peninsula 住宅房地產市場。

與傳統住宅經紀不同，史老師擁有多年第一手房地產投資與開發經驗，從尋找具有增值潛力的住宅、翻新與開發，到評估 Zoning、土地使用、Rezoning、土地分割及新建住宅等不同可能性，都累積了豐富的實務經驗。她的先生是加州持牌 General Building Contractor，夫妻多年來共同參與 Monterey Peninsula 多項住宅開發及建設項目。

史老師同時實際持有及經營出租物業，熟悉短租（STR）、中租（MTR）及長租（LTR）等不同營運模式，也具有協助房地產投資者進行 1031 Exchange 交易的經驗。
