Helping people find and build their dream home has given us much happiness and satisfaction in our work. I started working full-time in the real estate business in 1983, the same year that my husband founded his construction company. After working with clients who have become my long-time friends, I have helped to buy and sell over hundreds of homes and consistently am a top-producing agent. When my clients repeatedly come back to me for their real estate needs, I know that I have succeeded in providing the best service they need. I am also fluent in many Chinese dialects, which include Mandarin, Cantonese, Taiwanese and Chiuchownese.

We have now grown to include a second generation of Realtors. My son William Cheung and my daughter Laura Cheung Lee, are now on board, offering full-service excellence. We continue to be a top-producing team. With over 35 years of real estate experience in the Peninsula, we are well- known for our thorough precision, attention to detail, fine-tuned negotiation skills, and collaboration from initial meeting through close of escrow.
