Chicago Association of Realtors Outstanding Sales Achievement Awards Top Residential Producer 2012-Present
An entrepreneurial spirit and love for the city inspired Caryl Dillon to become a Realtor. Everyone needs a place to call home – it was a natural calling.
As a Top Producer of the Chicago Association of Realtors since 2012, Dillon was recruited to Compass as a founding member of their Chicago expansion. Adding seasoned brokers Annie Lukachik and Meghan Leiter to form Caryl & Company, Dillon found the spirit of a team to be a wonderful collaboration of ideas and expertise. Now the team has expanded further with the additions of Carly Kunkler and Rachel Iglesias.
Prior to joining Compass, Dillon lead the sales team at the Elysian Hotel and Private Residences (now the Waldorf), a true expression of luxury in residential real estate. While much of her business is at the upper end, Dillon also finds a personal connection guiding first time homebuyers through the process and working with them again as their lives evolve.
Dillon gives kudos to Compass for providing her team with cutting-edge technology that maximizes everyone’s time. Knowing that buying and selling real estate is the biggest financial transaction of most people’s lives, Caryl & Company ensures clients feel confident every step of the way. A very personal connection is made with all of their clients, whether they are buying or selling.
Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor, Dillon served as executive director of Parkways Foundation, a public-private partnership with the Chicago Park District. Prior to that, she saw the world as regional director of sales for Sonesta International Hotels.
Meet the Team:
Annie was recruited from the top producing team in the Gold Coast office of Baird & Warner to join Caryl & Company. A consummate professional, Annie is not only a licensed broker; she brings 7 years experience in real estate education having served as Director of Communication for the Real Estate Business Institute. Annie is a familiar face on the national level, but closer to home she utilizes her creativity and in-depth knowledge of marketing to oversee digital and social media for the team, in addition to working with buyers, sellers and investors.
Originally from Boston, Carly met her future husband while studying fashion and design in Los Angeles. There was never any question the answer to both his proposal and the move to his hometown of Chicago were in her future. While living in LA, Carly discovered her passion for real estate - not a hard thing to do when working in Beverly Hills! She was able to put her degree in Visual Communications to work, creating strategic social media campaigns for her sellers. Her frequent moves over the last several years have also given Carly empathy along with valuable experience in the art of transitioning ones life. She knows the difference between a joyful and stressful move and gives her commitment to make each step in the process a happy experience.
A love for Chicago coupled with an innate desire to connect with others led Rachel to launch a career in real estate. Newly licensed, Rachel joined Caryl & Company allowing her to hit the ground running with the support and guidance of seasoned team members. Prior to joining Compass, Rachel spent a decade advising C-suite executives of leading French companies how to navigate the North American market. Focusing on infrastructure, urban mobility and real estate, Rachel provided detailed market research, negotiation and sales & marketing guidance - all relevant experience when it comes to buying, selling or investing in real estate!
Meghan was born with success in her DNA. Her mother is a top producing Sarasota broker and her father a busy developer. Together, they instilled the values of a winning broker – a tireless work ethic, excellent customer service and measurable results. Prior to joining Caryl & Company, Meghan owned, operated and expanded “All She Wrote”, Lincoln Park’s go-to stationer. Similar to real estate, Meghan worked with clients in transition – sharing in those special moments of announcing a new home, graduation or baby.
