With an extensive background in sales, construction and building products, Eli Masud made a natural transition to real estate brokerage in 2014, and went on to be awarded for his performance and his promise as an exceptional residential agent. Chicago born and raised, he has developed not only an extensive professional network over the years, but an
incomparable knowledge of the market having sold extensively and lived in different neighborhoods throughout the city and western suburbs.
In addition to owning his own home in Wicker Park, where he currently resides, Eli is involved with multifamily investment properties in Chicago, several of which he has renovated and sold, and others held. He is very in tuned to the opportunities real estate presents owners for both residential and investment purposes, and well equipped to analyze and help clients realize the best potential return.
Highly dynamic, driven and proactive, Eli’s success in real estate was built on the tenets of hard work, personalized attention and superior client service that are reflected in his team’s core set of values. His goal is to make the transaction process smooth and seamless for every buyer, seller and investor, and create strong, lasting relationships with clients, who inevitably consider him their realtor of choice for life.
Prior to joining Compass, Eli proved his sales prowess at James Hardie Building Products, where he garnered unique insights into new construction and home repair/remodeling. He was also an entrepreneur running a successful limo company, providing customers with the first-class service they deserve. His expertise as a marketer, negotiator, problem solver and client advocate are nowhere better demonstrated or appreciated than in his real estate practice. “I educate my clients thoroughly and prep them for every scenario, so they are well informed and advised, and thrilled when the process is less stressful than they anticipated, which they literally tell me every time.”
A Purdue University graduate with a B.S. in Business Management/Marketing, Eli went to earn his MBA at Lewis University, doubling as the Men’s Volleyball Grad Assistant. He spent years competing professionally in the beach volleyball community. Eli believes in giving back to his community as a volunteer and fundraiser for Ronald McDonald House, and as founder/chairman of the Chicago chapter for Forster Nation. He is bilingual in Arabic, happily married to wife Lauren, and the proud owner of adorable Pitbull dog named Kelbi.
