Jeremy believes that buying or selling a home should be an exciting and gratifying process. He works tirelessly to bring that experience to every client at every price point—from the first-time buyer to the seasoned investor. A detail-oriented problem solver, Jeremy is not afraid to get his hands dirty. He tackles challenges head-on, looks for creative solutions and offers realistic guidance aligned with each client’s unique goals.
Jeremy started his real estate career at age 23, representing more than $50 million in new construction developments while earning his bachelor's degree in organizational communication at Rollins College in Orlando. He never slowed down. Nearly two decades later, Jeremy draws on that strong work ethic and drive to succeed as he guides clients through every step of the buying and selling process.
Jeremy enjoys being a trusted resource for his clients before, during and long after a real estate transaction. His highly personal approach includes developing a comprehensive, customized plan and negotiating the best possible outcome for each client. It’s Jeremy’s mission to piece together the complex real estate puzzle and bring some levity to what can often be a complex process.

A self-avowed “total design geek,” Jeremy has a lifelong passion for art, architecture and design. At an early age, he loved watching as his family bought, rehabbed and sold old homes in the Berkshires where Jeremy grew up —walking through old houses, visiting showrooms and meeting designers and architects in the process. Jeremy didn’t stop there! He has done a number of his own rehab projects throughout his career and has been featured on Curbed.com and Apartment Therapy.

A member of the National Association of Realtors®, Jeremy has been recognized as a Top Producer by the Chicago Association of Realtors since 2013. He lives in Chicago’s East Lakeview neighborhood with his husband, Charles, and their 11-year-old rescue dog Reggie
