Leonardo Sfondouris

Born in Chicago and raised in Greece, I’ve built a diverse career that bridges healthcare, business, the arts, and real estate. I earned my degree in Sports Medicine from DePaul University and later completed my Physical Therapy studies at the University of Western Attica in Athens, Greece. For 18 years, I practiced physical therapy, developing a deep commitment to helping people enhance their health and overall quality of life.

Alongside my medical career, I pursued my passion for storytelling as a professional actor in Greece, performing on stage and screen and refining my ability to connect with audiences.

After returning to the U.S., I transitioned into the automotive industry, where I advanced from salesperson to Sales Manager and ultimately General Sales Manager. These roles strengthened my communication, negotiation, and leadership skills—qualities that naturally led me to real estate, a field that perfectly blends my people-focused approach, business acumen, and creative background.

Today, I bring all these experiences together to help clients navigate one of the most meaningful decisions of their lives—finding the right home.

Outside of work, I’m a proud husband and father of one, and I value family time, travel, and exploring new cultures as much as I do professional growth and connection.
