beginning her career in real estate, Jill spent several
years in corporate technology/software sales, where she

develop her negotiation skills while navigating a highly
competitive and saturated market. As a broker, she brings
her expertise in crafting an equitable deal and ensuring it
makes it to the closing table.
Jill originally hails from Detroit, where her entrepreneurial father built a successful mortgage company. Learning from his work gave her unique insight into the financial intricacies of lending and home purchases, which today allows her to help clients calculate the optimal listing price of a property to maximize return.
