Marissa Lanzito

Marissa's residential real estate career began in 2001 on the North Shore of Chicago and migrated down to the city shortly thereafter where she ultimately joined the Lowe Group in 2016. Marissa has a deeply-rooted understanding of the buying and selling sides of real estate transactions. With over 20 years of living in the city and serving clients with a hands-on approach, Marissa has extensive knowledge of how to best navigate the ever-changing real estate market and how to provide valuable insights into each of the vibrant neighborhoods the city has to offer. Rock solid, enduring relationships, and diligence and advocacy for her clients are the core of Marissa's work ethic. Marissa also holds her Wisconsin real estate license and serves the Lake Geneva area. Having grown up in the area on the weekends and summers as a child, Marissa is well-versed in the local happenings around town from Chicago to Lake Geneva. Currently, Marissa lives in the North Center neighborhood with her husband, two children and a couple of fish.
