Prior to entering the world of real estate, China had a successful career in the entertainment industry as a stylist and shopper for Propmasters and Set Decorators, working on films such as Legally Blonde, Hancock, The Town, and Crazy Stupid Love. She also worked on long- running television shows like Alias, American Horror Story, Ray Donovan and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. China also gained invaluable design and construction experience while assisting many talented art directors and production designers.

Having to constantly multitask, in high stress conditions, and deal with extreme personalities all the while keeping calm are also skills she refined in the entertainment industry, and which help her to facilitate real estate transactions with confidence and discretion. Additionally, her countless contacts throughout the industry provide an added benefit.

China is a true LA native, having grown up in and around the most eclectic parts of Los Angeles: as a child growing up on the Eastside of Echo Park and then the Westside in Santa Monica, to an adult living all around the Fairfax District/Grove/Hollywood areas, over the hill to the Valley, and to the Palisades where she lives now with her husband and two boys. A believer in lifelong learning, China went to University High School and studied Theater Arts with an emphasis in Film/Video at the University of California, Santa Cruz.
