Chip has been a resident of Essex for 48 years and is knowledgeable about all the towns at the mouth of the Ct. River. She is the mother of three children, the grandmother of five. An avid sailor, she is a member of the Essex Yacht Club, Mystic Seaport and the Connecticut River Museum. She is a member of the Florence Griswold Museum, enjoys bridge and is a very proud supporter of the Connecticut Special Olympics.
