Chip Henson

Chip's family moved to the Phoenix Arcadia area when he was three weeks old, which makes him "almost a native". His interest in real estate evolved while helping his parents remodel and sell several homes they lived in over the years. After graduating from ASU, Chip became an art director and creative director in the advertising industry and has owned an agency for more than 20 years. Helping his advertising clients market their business became a natural progression to helping his real estate clients market and sell their homes.

Chip's favorite things include spending time with his daughter, who is a recent graduate from the architecture program at ASU, enjoying the company of life-long friends, riding motorcycles with buddies and planning the next sea-side vacation. Fun fact . . . he has also invented a number of products over the years. His last invention was a product for Harley-Davidson. The company he created sells products world-wide and has benefited disabled motorcyclists.

Chip's background as a business owner for over 20 years and his knowledge of the Valley, especially the Arcadia, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and Biltmore neighborhoods, has given him a strong foundation to exceed his client's expectations.
