About Chip
An Atlanta resident since 1987 and licensed since 1994, Chip knows Atlanta’s neighborhoods like the back of his hand. He is an industry leader in both buyer and seller representation and has successfully negotiated hundreds of contracts on behalf of happy clients throughout the Metro Atlanta area. He has vast experience representing his clients in purchasing and selling single family homes, condominiums, townhomes, lofts, and new construction, and prides himself on treating all clients as if they were family or friends.

Chip is a widely respected member of the Atlanta real estate community. He is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and earned the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation.  He served as President of the Dekalb Association of Realtors in 2007, and was inducted into the Dekalb Association of Realtors Hall of Fame in 2021.  Chip was honored as to be named AGLCC's Member of the Year in 2018.

A native of Nashville, Chip is a graduate of Auburn University. In his free time, he enjoys travel, music, cooking, the beach, learning about wine, pickleball and spending time with his four nieces and nephew, his husband, Mark, and their spoiled Boston terrier, Emma.
