Chloe Evans

Chloe's love for real estate stems from riding in cars with boys - her father and grandfather. They shared a passion for architecture and design, which they passed down to her in the back seat.

Chloe couples real estate with her expertise in construction, which is her dual career as a general contractor. Chloe's strengths include the ability to visualize the potential of any property. She specializes in a collaborative approach with clients to deliver wants and needs in a seamless process. Her intention when working with any client is to identify the values of the client, then incorporate those values into the real estate transaction.

Chloe grew up between Potomac, MD and Los Angeles, CA. She attended Fordham University in New York City and moved back to the DC area after graduating in 2008. She bought her first home in 2010 in Washington DC and is an active participant in her community. For fun, Chloe' enjoys working out, travel, time with family, and any setting that involves great food and wine.
