Having worked as a Realtor for over three decades, Chris Barone is a skilled real estate professional and a familiar face in the Southwest Florida market. He represents buyers, sellers, and investors in homes and condominiums throughout the region, specializing in Forest Glen Golf & Country Club.

A graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Urban & Regional Planning and a minor in business, Chris received an education perfectly suited to elevate his salesmanship as an agent and offer data-driven expertise to achieve his clients’ housing or investment property goals. His approach is centered on being a counselor salesperson – i.e. meaning the process is focused on asking questions, listening to answers to solve real estate problems and discover needs rather than being just transactional. His methodology allows him to build profitable, long-term customer relationships that extend beyond the transaction.
