Chris believes that becoming a trusted advisor to his customers is one of the most important roles he has as a real estate agent.
He has developed a large and loyal network of buyers and sellers over the years by working diligently for each of them, whether they are new to the market or seasoned investors. Sellers know that his marketing savvy will bring them the highest possible reward for their home; buyers enjoy the freedom of carrying on with their lives, confident that Chris is searching within the confines of their search criteria to find the perfect property for them. He has represented buyers and/or sellers on deals totaling more than $500 million since 2011. He is licensed in New York and Florida.
With degrees in marketing and law, and work experience first as a flight attendant, then a marketing planner at United Airlines, and later as a Law Clerk for a Federal District Court Judge in Chicago, Chris's unique combination of education and experience affords him a well-respected ability to guide every deal, from marketing to bidding, negotiations to closing, with the greatest possible ease and most effective result.
Chris is an avid world-travel and has visited over 100 countries on six continents, at last count. When not working or traveling, Chris is spoiling his two black Lab rescues.
