About Chris
First of all, I love what I do! I love selling Charlotte! Listing and
selling in the Queen City and surrounding areas never grows old. I have a
steadfast faith and exuberance for life that permeates all my
activities. My career in real estate began many years ago when I became a
single mom. Prior to this, the biggest job I ever held was PTO
President of my children’s school. This was not going to provide the
funds needed to send my gifted children to college, so I embarked upon
my first true career as a Realtor. I will always be grateful to my loyal
clients and friends who continue to keep me a Top Producer through many
transactions and constant referrals. My success as a Realtor enabled me
to send my daughter to Wake Forest University and to the WFU School of
Medicine. My many clients, who now have become some of my dearest
friends, have allowed my business to thrive and grow throughout the
years. I have been incredibly blessed and was recently honored by the
North Carolina Association of Realtors for “valuable and lasting
contribution in the real estate profession” with status of Realtor
Emeritus. My husband, Forrest, and I live in the SouthPark area of
Charlotte. We remain active in our church and community and have a
wonderful, blended family with five children, five grandchildren, and
two adorable ragdoll cats.
