Chris Carlson is a veteran in the world of Real Estate. For years, he restored and flipped houses throughout Los Angeles, the San Fernando Valley and tackled projects in Mammoth Lakes and New York City. His  passion for Real Estate eventually led him to the world of sales, which is where he has excelled. An experienced and skilled negotiator, who is dedicated to providing the highest degree of service to each of his Clients, whether they be Buyers or Sellers.

When working with first time Buyers, Chris provides the extra care and education necessary to guide them through the process. He enjoys the process of working with and getting to know new Buyers and have forged many life long friendships that began in the car, viewing properties through the streets, hills and beaches of Southern California.

As a Listing Agent, Chris understands his  Sellers' need to price their home accordingly and market it aggressively for a swift and problem-free transaction. Chris holds energetic and lively Open Houses, when requested.  He frequently works with Celebrity clientele and their Business Managers, where discretion and privacy are of the utmost importance.
