Summer Combs

Summer Combs is the New Construction Listings Specialist and Multi-Family Acquisitions Partner at Team Wilson and serves as the Director of Development for Homes for Homes.

Summer specializes in new construction listings and works closely with builders and developers to successfully bring homes to market. Summer is also part of the Multi-Family Acquisitions Team for 615 Property Investment Group, where she focuses on sourcing large multi-family investment opportunities for our investors.

Originally from Virginia, Summer moved to the Nashville area in 2012 with her husband, Michael, and their two children, Maddox and Aviana. In 2017, they chose to make Mount Juliet their home because of its strong schools and close-knit community. Before real estate, Summer spent more than 15 years in high-end retail sales and operations management, developing the client service and leadership skills she brings to her work today.

Summer is actively involved in the community through the Home Builders Association of Middle Tennessee, REIN Nashville, the Mt. Juliet Chamber of Commerce, and the Action Council for Volunteers of America. A philanthropist at heart, Summer also leads the Team Wilson Give Back program, where the team donates a portion of every closing to charitable causes. Through these efforts, the team has funded more than 129 homes through Homes 4 Homes and has supported organizations including Habitat for Humanity, Nashville Predators Foundation, Power of the Purse, and Metro Police Charities.
