I graduated with a BFA in Design and started my career in Advertising and Marketing. An early mentor suggested that I should buy a fixer property as my first real estate purchase. I am passionate about creating the "Wow" factor in the listings that I represent. Using my design, remodeling, and staging skills, I create a complete vision to present the home the targeted buyer fall love. This can mean a strategic remodel some minor "fluffing". It pays off by getting the highest price and the quickest .
Marketing is my passion, from helping create the right ambiance, branding the home (perhaps giving it a name and even a logo), staging, photos and videos, and selecting the advertising channels that will make the most impact.

There is no substitute being known and respected within the agent community. Cordial collaboration is the key getting a transaction closed with the least amount of angst. When it comes negotiating the best offer, I am your strongest advocate.
In a highly competitive market, my three decades of experience makes a difference. Paired with the real estate technology strength of Compass, it is a winning combination.
