Chris Dowell is a third-generation REALTOR® and trusted real estate advisor with more than 35 years of experience helping families throughout Olathe, Johnson County, and the Greater Kansas City area. Born into a family deeply rooted in real estate, Chris was inspired by the integrity, professionalism, and client-first approach modeled by his grandmother and uncle. After pursuing successful careers in engineering and professional sports, he ultimately returned to the family business, bringing with him a unique analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and a calm, solutions-focused approach that clients continue to rely on today.

Over the course of his career, Chris has helped more than 2,000 families navigate major life decisions including first-time homeownership, move-up purchases, downsizing, relocation, probate situations, divorce, investment opportunities, and transitions later in life.
