After earning a degree in Finance from Baylor University, Chris Fajardo relocated to Los Angeles' Westside, where he has called home for the past 11 years. Before entering the world of real estate, Chris built a successful career in the entertainment industry, serving as Manager of Original Content at IMAX Corporation and working directly under the office of the CEO.

Chris’ transition into real estate was a natural evolution of his longstanding passion for architecture, design, and strategic thinking.
