Chris Farrugia

Chris is a highly respected real estate agent who has made a name for himself as the founder of The Listing Naples Group, a premier real estate team located in Naples, Florida. His passion for delivering excellent customer service has earned him a reputation as a leader in the industry, and his #1 goal is to turn every customer into a raving fan.

With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Chris is also a coach and mentor for other real estate agents. He has a wealth of knowledge and expertise that he is always willing to share, and his insights have helped agents achieve their own success.

Originally from Maryland, Chris moved to Florida in 1997 to attend the University of South Florida before transferring to Florida Gulf Coast University where he earned a B.S. degree in Finance. He later attended the University of Central Florida where he earned an M.B.A. and had the opportunity to teach Finance as a Teacher’s Assistant.

After working for luxury high-rise builder WCI Communities, Chris developed a deep love for real estate and became licensed in 2006. It was during this time that he sold a condo to a beautiful woman who he would later marry. She is now the co-founder of The Listing Naples Group and a top-producing Realtor in her own right.

Today, Chris works tirelessly to grow The Listing Naples Group and serve customers with any real estate needs, whether it’s purchasing, selling, or leasing real estate.
