Chris Fox

Chris Fox has a diverse background in marketing, photography, interior design, and account management, which makes him ideally situated to help the right buyer or seller complete the desired real estate transaction. Chris graduated from the University of Texas in Arlington in 2007, with a BFA in Visual Communications. After interning with a design agency, Chris worked for the Boy Scouts of America.

Through program management, fundraising, and volunteer recruitment, he developed relationships in multiple areas across the metroplex, including Richardson, Dallas, Highland Park, Preston Hollow, Addison, and Allen. Chris has a vast knowledge of multiple school districts, giving him crucial insight for his real estate clients. Chris has also worked in the commercial furniture industry, where he managed large-scale projects, managed timelines and budgets, and worked with a variety of vendors, providing valuable exposure within the interior design community.

In Chris’ free time, he is busy serving on non-profit boards, volunteering for camps, creating and administering young adult groups for his church, serving at local homeless shelters, and using his voice to actively create change in the city of Dallas. In 2019, Chris worked with the Dallas City Council to get an ordinance amendment passed, mandating restaurants and retail establishments to provide a diaper changing station or opportunity to both men and women, in new builds and major renovations. Despite several hurdles and roadblocks, Chris’s determination and persistence saw this new ordinance passed and signed into law.

This venture was featured in the Lakewood Advocate, Dallas Observer, NBC5 News, and the Dallas Morning News. Chris loves all that the DFW Metroplex has to offer, moving here in 2002 from East Texas. Previously, he had lived in Austin, Corsicana, Kentucky, and Maryland. Currently, he is glad to call Lakewood and East Dallas his home, enjoying the “75214” experience with his two kids Hampton and Townsend, and his wife Bessie, who owns Studio B Dance and Performing Arts.
