Chris Kelley

Chris has always had an interest in homes and architecture. He was drawing floorplans and designing the landscaping from a young age so it’s not surprising he joined the family real estate business. In fact, he helped Phil during the summers along with working for a settlement attorney while he attended Towson University. After graduation in 1991 he obtained his Maryland real estate license, and the rest is history. He recently obtained his DC real estate license. His expertise of homes and the different neighborhoods in Montgomery and Frederick County is unmatched. A winning combination of astute listening skills and vast knowledge of the real estate market has enabled him to match his clients with the perfect home, ALWAYS! Whether he’s representing a 1st time homebuyer, builder, corporate executive, move-up buyer, or investor in the purchase of a condo or multi-million-dollar home his buyers all benefit from his exceptional negotiating skills. Getting to know his clients, educating them on the homebuying process, and providing guidance based on data and experience is extremely important to him. Chris and his family reside in Bethesda. His wife, Megan, teaches middle school in MCPS. They have two sons, Collin and Sean, whose activities keep them quite busy. Not to be forgotten are their two adorable golden retrievers, Lucy and Sadie.
