Specifically, we appreciated: 1. Chris moving at our pace - We didn't have a set timeline for our purchase but wanted to start poking around. He happily (and patiently) showed us around on the weekends. We never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision/purchase. 2. Communication and responsiveness - Chris is highly responsive and flexible. If we found a hot home we wanted to see immediately, he made it happen on short notice.
