About Chris
Chris joined the real estate industry after over 17 years in financial services. He was also a small business owner and sat on the boards for St. Francis Hospital Foundation, Wilmington Friends School, and the Concord Soccer Association. He uses his extensive experience in customer service, management, operations, project management, lending, and technology to help his clients find a new home. He works with them during each step of the journey to homeownership, from initial discussions to contract, close, and beyond. 

Having grown up in Delaware and graduated from the University of Delaware, Chris has a wide knowledge of the Delaware and Pennsylvania area. He has lived in North Wilmington, Newark, Mill Creek, Pike Creek, Centreville, Greenville, and Rehoboth Beach. He has extensive experience in purchasing, selling, building, and renovating numerous homes, ranging from new construction to large and small-scale renovation. 

Chris is also very active in the local community, having volunteered in many local youth sports leagues as a coach, organizer, director, equipment manager, field liner, or whatever the job needed to be done. He also played in the New Castle County adult soccer league for over 30 years. Chris and his wife Laura live in Greenville and vacation in Rehoboth and Dewey Beach Delaware.
