About Chris
Over the decades here in the Valley, Chris has successfully sold, developed and managed residential real estate.
Chris became a "transplanted native" to Scottsdale after moving here from Chicago, Ill in 1991. He promptly became a licensed agent and began his extensive real estate career in multi-family sales at CB Richard Ellis. Chris developed several residential projects including new single-family subdivisions, apartment to condominium conversions and new commercial developments. Chris also served as the Director of Maintenance for the largest single-family homeowner in Arizona. He managed the maintenance and repair of thousands of single-family homes in the Valley.
His vast experience has garnered loyal clients from first time home buyers to condominium builders.
When not selling real estate, Chris can be found training for and racing in athletic endurance events. Chris is an Ironman Triathlon competitor and has raced in venues around the globe since the 1990's.
